Whether you're navigating personal challenges, relationship dynamics, work and life transitions, or seeking professional consultation or supervision, I provide a safe and respectful space to reflect, grow, and move forward.

Sessions are available for children, adolescents, and adults — in person (Mandurah) or online across Australia.

My Story

For 20+ years I've been in the business of helping and connecting with people.

From my early work through music with mums & bubs, toddlers & preschoolers, to mentoring youth and young adults, to pastoring, and now professional counselling, I am invested in seeing people become the person they want to be and realise the life they want to live.

Engaging with your unique story and tailoring my approach to professional, individual, couple, and family needs - I will support you to develop healthy coping skills, process emotions, improve cognitive and emotional wellbeing, form and reach your goals, explore your values and beliefs, discover and develop your professional or personal identity, and improve your relationships.

I believe in life-long learning and am actively engaged in academic, professional and personal development.

I am currently completing a Master of Counselling and a Grad Cert in Professional Supervision.
